Actor Vijay Deverakonda’s film Dear Comrade was officially launched on Monday. Mythri Movie Makers, producers of high budget films like Srimanthudu, Janata Garage and Rangasthalam are producing this film, directed by debutant Bharat Kamma.
Top directors Siva Koratala, Sukumar and Chandrasekhar Yeleti attended the film launch as the chief guests although the event was held without any fanfare.
The actor is reportedly practicing the Kakinda accent for the dialogues as per the film’s requirement. “The makers are also planning to shoot most of the film in Kakinada and Vijayawada,” says a source.
Rashmika Mandanna will pair up with Vijay for this film, the second time that both are acting together. Meanwhile, the actor’s two films — Taxiwala and Geetha Govindam are ready for release.
