2 Onion (finely chopped)
2 Green Chilies (chopped)
Few Coriander Leaves (chopped)
1 tsp Mustard Oil
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Red Chilly Powder
1/2 tsp Jeera (roasted and powdered)
- Peel the potatoes and mash them coarsely. Add all the other ingredients and mix well.
- Serve aloo bharta with baati.
